That's the challenge:

Competent contact person for customers
Order acceptance / order management
Coordination and execution of customer orders
Maintenance of customer and article master data
Support for deliveries of goods
Correct and timely invoicing
Processing of complaints, creation of credit notes
Proactive, cross-departmental collaboration with all relevant departments
Supporting the accounting department with monthly closings
Commercial background
Fluent German and basic knowledge of English
Experience in dealing with customers
Experienced in the use of common Office programs
Basic knowledge of ERP programs
Sense of responsibility and a high degree of reliability
Independent, structured and careful way of working
The ideal candidate is very hands-on and constantly looking for ways to improve processes
